Ross Fefercorn

Mendota Heights Town Center, LLC is the project’s development firm and its principal, Ross M. Fefercorn, has been active in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. His firms have designed, developed and constructed award-winning single-family, townhome and condominium neighborhoods and numerous mixed-use commercial developments.

Professional design services have been provided by Elness Swenson Graham Architects, Damon Farber Associates, Landscape Architects, and Landform Planners and Engineers. These award-winning firms are viewed as leaders in their fields and are proud of their efforts on the Village.

Two Mendota Heights based real estate companies provide sales and marketing services for the Village’s Row Townhomes and Loft Condominiums. The Dorn Company, Inc. is owned by long-time Mendota Heights residents Paul and Lisa Dorn. Christopher Ames of Remax Realty 100 heads The Landmark Realty Group. These real estate professionals have successfully served the custom new construction industry as well as the executive residential resale market in and around the Mendota Heights.
